Lisa Beck
Office Administrator
Lisa joined the Westminster staff in January 2017. She enjoys spending time with the love of her life, her husband Bill, and getting together with friends for great food, music & laughter. Her hobbies include knitting, crochet, traveling with her husband, and reading. Lisa and Bill have been married for 35 years. They have three adult children (David, Tim, Katie, and son-in-law, Adrian) whom they love to visiting anytime they can. They are so proud of all their accomplishments. Lisa enjoys the ministry God brings her daily as the Office Administrator, and working with a fun and supportive staff.

Skyler Bascom
Pastor of Family Ministry
In 2022 Skyler and his wife Amanda packed up their belongings and moved their four children (with one on the way) from the Pacific Northwest to Rapid City in hopes of serving Christ and His church in a new and fresh environment. Since arriving to Rapid City, Skyler has enjoyed and greatly benefited from the contemplative, thoughtful, and reflective approach to worship at Westminster. His hope is to facilitate opportunities where families can encounter the living God in a meaningful and impactful way. He has a interest in inter-generational discipleship and looks for ways to support families in their efforts to raise the next generation of Christians. He is actively engaged with West Middle School as the FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athlete) huddle leader and looks forward to serving teens at West Middle school as an advocate and mentor. -
Bill Beck
Operations Ministry Leader
Bill has been a Westminster member since 2017, began our outdoor adventure ministry in 2018, and has served as a deacon and an elder. In October of 2023, Bill began this new role on staff. Married in 1988 to the love of his life and his best friend Lisa, together they have raised three kids: David, Tim, and Katie (and now have a new son-in-law, Adrian!). Bill loves taking road trips with Lisa, trail running, drinking coffee on chilly mornings in the mountains, seeing the kids whenever they can, and laughing with friends. He is thrilled to be serving alongside the friendliest people on the planet - the people of Westminster Church!

Natalie Eagan
Family Ministry Leader
Natalie has lived in Rapid City for 7 years with her husband, Shane, and their two boys ages 7 and 3. She grew up in Illinois and Wisconsin. Motherhood sparked her desire to have a deeper relationship with God to model for her family. This led her to join Bible Study Fellowship in 2017 where she currently serves as a Children's Supervisor. She's still learning to embrace slow progress over perfection, and she has a passion for ministering to parents along their faith journey.
When she finds free time, she likes to savor decaf oat milk lattes, try new restaurants, read non-fiction, and take walks or hikes with her husband or friends. She lives in a college football household and would love to have your family over on a Saturday to watch the games and, most importantly, enjoy snacks while the kids play.

Rosellen Reese
Accompanist
Rosellen has been a part of the Westminster music ministry for a number of years. She works at United Way and teaches piano lessons too. Her favorite things to do are travel, watch movies and barbecue.
