Westminster has dedicated and faithful individuals who serve in leadership roles for our ministry teams, elder board, and deacon group. We are so thankful to these individuals for their servant hearts.

  • Scott Kenner

    Scott Kenner - Discipleship

    Scott and his wife Mary have been members of Westminster since 1985.  They have been married 44 years, and have two married children (Sarah and Seth) with four lovely grandchildren. Scott became a Commissioned Ruling Elder in 2018 and loves to serve our Lord Jesus Christ.  He is a retired Civil Engineering Professor and also loves the outdoors especially any type of fishing.  Scott and Mary enjoy traveling and seeing God’s glorious creation.

  • Bill Beck - Westminster Backcountry

    Bill Started WestBack in 2018 as an adventure ministry after receiving training from the Wilderness Ministry Institute. Bill, a retired firefighter/EMT and certified Basic Life Support  (BLS)  and Wilderness First Aid instructor, is married to Lisa. They have three grown kids. bill2008@live.com

  • Kent Baker  - Servanthood

    Kent has been a member of Westminster since 1991.  He has been an Elder for twenty years and has been a part of the Servanthood Ministry for over ten years.  He retired after 40 years with Sears, Roebuck and Co.  Having moved six times during his career he finally landed in Rapid City and the beautiful Black Hills. He has been married to Bonnie for 54 years.  They have four grown children with seven beautiful grandchildren. kbaker7172@yahoo.com
